A virtual PBX is a cloud-based call management system that operates via an internet connection. It does not require physical equipment on-site and allows you to manage all communications centrally, even from mobile phones or computers.
It is used to answer and route calls, set up interactive menus (e.g. “Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support”), configure welcome messages and automated messages for different situations (such as after hours or holiday periods), forward calls between extensions or teams, and manage communications from any location.

Yes. You can port your existing landline or mobile number to our virtual PBX, ensuring continuity of your communications without interruptions. Our team will support you and manage the entire number portability process.
Yes. The virtual PBX allows you to make and receive calls from mobile devices, computers, or IP phones, as long as you have an internet connection. The system integrates with the devices you already use in your company, enabling remote work and mobility. In the case of physical IP phones, these must be provided by Olin.
When you subscribe to the virtual PBX, you will receive technical support for the initial setup and service activation, as well as assistance to resolve any issues during daily use.
Yes. The virtual PBX is a scalable solution that adapts to your company’s growth. You can increase the number of extensions, lines, and features at any time without requiring infrastructure changes. If expansion involves adding new physical devices or additional workstations, an extra installation may be required, which will be managed as a service upgrade under the existing contract.
Yes. The virtual PBX allows you to make and receive international calls while maintaining communication quality and ease of management, just like with national calls. You can check international roaming rates for mobile lines here. We also offer international call bundles for the virtual PBX.
