What is the Friend Plan?
It’s a plan to share and enjoy our services with your friends while receiving an additional benefit. For each fiber contract signed up by your friends, you’ll each receive €50. You can use up to a 100% discount each month for your upcoming bills.
How can I invite my friends to join Olin?
In your Customer Area, you will find the Bonuses section, where you can see the details of the codes available to you. Each code is unique, so you can only use one per friend. You should send the code from the Numbering column to your friend, and they must provide it when signing up for fiber.
Who can benefit from the Friend Plan?
All fiber customers can invite their friends, except those who have outstanding debts with Olin.
How many friends can I invite?
There is no limit. Initially, you have 15 codes available. Once you’ve used them all, you can request more by calling customer service.
What happens if my bill is less than my monthly discount capacity?
The amount will be deducted from your bill, and the remaining balance will stay in your account to use for future bills. For example, if your balance is €150 (for inviting 3 friends), but your bill is €45, only €45 will be deducted, and the rest will remain available in your account for the next billing cycle.
When does the discount become effective?
Once your friend’s fiber is installed.
Where can my friend sign up for fiber?
They can call 1560 or visit any of our Olin Stores.
Can I access the Friend Plan if I was a former customer?
No, if you are or were a customer, you cannot apply.
What happens if I cancel my service?
The customer and the friend lose the benefit.
What happens if the friend who recommended me cancels their service?
Both of you lose the reward.
