How do I sign up for Olin’s landline service?
You can call 1560, fill out the info form on our website and we’ll contact you, or visit one of our Olin Stores.
To sign up, you must already have Olin broadband. You can request a new number or keep your current number by porting it from another provider.
Porting takes 2 business days from the time the request is signed. It’s processed after broadband installation—just like new numbers, which are also activated after your internet is up and running.
How is the landline installed?
We’ll email you when your number is active—whether it’s a ported number or a new one.
Installation is done by you: just plug your telephone’s cable into the “TEL1” port on the back of your Olin router.
Can I keep my current landline number?
Yes—you can transfer your number from your current provider.
How long does installation take?
If you’re getting a new number and already have Olin broadband, we’ll provide landline access within 48 business hours after you sign the contract.
If you’re porting your existing number, the landline service will be available once the number transfer is completed. This may happen after your broadband has already been installed.
Do I need Olin broadband to have a landline?
Yes—you must have Olin broadband to get a landline.
Can I call mobiles and international numbers?
Yes—you can. All rates and destinations are listed on our website.
Is there an activation fee or contract lock-in?
No. There’s no activation fee, no maintenance charges, and no commitment period.
