How to invite a friend?

There is no friend limit! You have 15 entry codes but you can request more through customer service.

With the first invitation code used, a bag will be activated where your money earned with the Friend Plan will be stored. The amount you have available in your bag will be deducted from your monthly bill. In other words, if you have €50 in your bag and your bill is €40, you will pay nothing, and you will have €10 left in your bag for the next month.

This service will be activated when the fiber has been installed at the new address and as long as customers do not have any debts. Check all the conditions here.

The Stand By Service is a temporary interruption of the service and the payment of your monthly fiber fee, with a maximum of 180 days per year (between January 1 and December 31) -not necessarily consecutive.

To activate the interruption date, it will not be necessary to stipulate the reactivation date. You can decide it at the time that suits you or by marking a specific date. Just keep in mind that in order to reactivate the service, at least 10 days must have passed since the last suspension, and that while you are in “stand by” mode, you cannot request another interruption in advance.

Depending on your plan fee, you will be charged prorated for the days the service has been active.
